Message regarding COVID-19

Dear Valued Customers & Partners,

In this time of uncertainty, we hope that you, your families, and your co-workers are safe and healthy.

While many aspects of our daily lives are rapidly changing, please be assured that we are doing our utmost to keep our Nalanda team members safe while maintaining business operations for our customers and partners.  We do not foresee any disruptions to our cloud-based platform and services, or our customer service levels, during this unique time when many of us are working from home and collaboration is challenging.

COVID-19 Precautionary Steps:

  • We are monitoring the guidance from the World Health Organisation and Public Health across the United Kingdom to maintain awareness and mitigate risks.
  • We have established a work from home policy for all of our employees and are providing them with secure access to all of the systems they need. This decision will not have an impact on our services, as we are fully equipped to operate remotely.
  • We have restricted employee travel, but our team will continue to serve you via video conference, email, and phone.
